LAVORA CUSTOMS — REFUND & CRAFTSMANSHIP POLICY

 

CUSTOM COMMISSIONS

Every piece we make is built one-of-one to your approved design. Before production begins, you sign off on the final CAD — including dimensions, materials, gold weight, and stone layout — in writing. Because you have reviewed and approved every specification before we touch metal, custom commissions are not eligible for return or refund once production has started.

 

BEFORE PRODUCTION

If you need to cancel after paying a deposit but before production begins, your deposit is refundable minus any design work already completed. CAD and design fees are itemized and disclosed to you at the time of engagement — there are no hidden deductions.

 

BUILT-TO-SPEC GUARANTEE

If a delivered piece does not match your approved CAD specifications — dimensions, gold weight range, or stone specs — we will remake or repair it at no cost to you. No negotiation, no runaround. This is our Built-to-Spec Guarantee.

 

LIFETIME WORKMANSHIP

We stand behind our manufacturing for the life of the piece. Any defect in workmanship — loose stones from a defective setting, clasp failure — is repaired free of charge, forever. Damage from wear, impact, or work performed by a third party is not covered under this guarantee but can be repaired at cost.

 

SHIPPING

Every piece ships fully insured and requires an adult signature on delivery. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, you are made 100% whole — either a full replacement or a full refund, your choice.

 

AUTHENTICITY

Every piece ships with documentation confirming gold purity and diamond specifications — natural or lab-grown, exactly as ordered. What you approved is what you receive.
