INSURED, SIGNED, TRACKED

Every piece ships fully insured for its full value, with adult signature required on delivery. You receive tracking the moment your piece leaves the studio.

 

IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG IN TRANSIT

If your piece is lost or damaged in transit, you are made 100% whole — a full replacement or a full refund, your choice. The risk in transit is ours, not yours.

 

DELIVERY TIMING

Because every piece is built one-of-one, delivery dates are confirmed with your timeline before your deposit. Rush delivery for milestone dates can often be arranged — ask your advisor.

 

HAND DELIVERY

For select commissions, insured hand delivery can be arranged. Discuss with your advisor during the brief.
