LAVORA CUSTOMS — TERMS OF SERVICE

 

THE COMMISSION PROCESS

Submitting a brief is not a purchase commitment. Custom work begins only after specifications, timeline, and payment terms are confirmed in writing between you and Lavora Customs.

 

PAYMENT STRUCTURE

A deposit is due at design confirmation; the balance is due before delivery. Deposits are applied in full to the final price. Accepted payment methods are confirmed with your advisor before any payment is requested.

 

CAD APPROVAL

Your written approval of the final CAD — dimensions, materials, and stone layout — is the production contract. Changes requested after approval may adjust price and timeline; any change is quoted to you before we make it.

 

TIMELINES

Timelines are estimated at confirmation and communicated proactively if anything shifts. Timelines pause while we await your approval at any stage.

 

MATERIALS

Solid gold only — 10K, 14K, or 18K as specified in your approved CAD. Natural or lab-grown diamonds per the approved specification, documented in writing with your delivery.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Logos and marks you supply remain your property; you warrant that you have the rights to use them. We may photograph finished pieces for our portfolio unless you request privacy in writing — private commissions are always available.

 

SHIPPING & RISK

Every delivery is fully insured with adult signature required. Risk transfers to you on signed delivery.

 

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA.
